Q: What is the difference between a Mylar and a latex balloon?
A: A Mylar is an 18 inch foil balloon with a message such as Birthday,
Anniversary, or Get Well. It has a valve or can be heat sealed so it can
float 3-4 days firm, then float for a time after that. Round shapes last
the longest because they have fewest stress points, followed by hearts
then stars.

A Latex is an 11 inch rubber type balloon that lasts about 12-15 hours in a
controlled environment. Balloons are best kept in a cool dark place
because sunlight will cause them to become cloudy. Outside a
controlled environment latex balloons can move, dip, and sway. On hot
humid days outdoor flying time can vary greatly, but generally speaking
they will last about 8-10 hours. Latex balloons can be treated to last
about 2 days, however, a change in size will be noticeable after the first
12 hours. Latex balloons come in about 13 different colors.

Q: What is a balloon centerpiece?
A: Centerpieces consist of 3-5 latex balloons per arrangement on a 4 inch
square. They are about 18 inches off the table.

Q: What is a balloon tree?
A: A balloon tree has 10 latex balloons at assorted heights and is about 6-8
feet tall. Balloon trees can also be made using 20 balloons.

Q: What is a balloon arches?
A: There are 2 types of arches. Both are approximately 12 feet across and
6-7 feet high in the center. The first type is the single line arch

 which consists of one balloon next to another. The second

type is the full arch which has clusters of balloons.

Q: Can I get same day delivery?
A: Yes, if you call before noon we can usually make an Akron area
delivery before 3:00.

Q: How do I arrange for a larger order?
A: To set up a larger order or a special order a 50% deposit is required and
final payment is needed 2 weeks prior to the event. A purchase order
can be accepted from companies or schools.

Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: MasterCard, Visa, Debit Cards, and checks are accepted. All orders
must be paid for prior to delivery unless a purchase order or prior
arrangements have been made.

Q: What are your delivery hours?
A: Regular delivery hours are from 9-4. For an additional charge, special
arrangements can be made for early delivery.

Q: What is your delivery area?
A: We deliver to most of Summit County, but also serve some
surrounding areas. Contact us concerning other delivery areas.

Q: What products are available to be sent with balloons?
A: We have ever changing supplies of candy products and stuffed animals.
Both are always of superior quality, but are subject to availability.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Call Bloomin Balloons on weekdays between 9 and 4. If we are not
